Crystal MacGregor - Kia Ora my name is Crystal I am a qualified ECE teacher and have been working alongside children since 2011. I love working at Leigh Preschool it has been a place for me to learn and grow over the years and it continues to allow me to grow alongside an amazing team and beautiful children. My biggest passion is respectful care and working with infant and toddler Pepe. I have been working as an early childhood teacher for 5 years, through this time I have spent time in a few different centres and I am happy to say that I have found somewhere I love right here at Leigh Preschool. I have taken the leap to begin my degree in the bachelor of teaching with NZTC (New Zealand Tertiary College) with the support of the amazing team here at Leigh Preschool and I am so so excited about it. I look forward to meeting all the special Tamariki/Whanau at Leigh Preschool and supporting you all through this learning journey.

I’m a passionate and qualified ECE teacher with a wide variety of experience in the field, from working as a nanny in the outback of Australia to volunteering in a South African mission school. I have been working full time in NZ as an ECE teacher since 2015 and I am in the process of gaining my registration.
